Event Production

EVENT COVERAGE THAT OUTLIVES THE EVENT.

Conferences, galas, ceremonies and activations — captured with multi-camera precision and delivered as recaps, interviews and social content that keep working all year.

The event ends. The footage shouldn’t.

Months of planning, one day of execution — and then the moment is gone unless it was captured with intent. We produce event coverage designed to outlive the event: recap films that justify next year’s budget, interviews that become year-round content, and social cutdowns that reach the people who didn’t attend.

What we cover

  • Conferences and summits — keynotes, panels, sessions and atmosphere
  • Galas and ceremonies — multi-camera coverage with cinematic polish
  • Corporate activations — launches, groundbreakings and brand moments
  • Recap films — the event’s story, compressed and compelling
  • On-site interviews — speakers, attendees, sponsors and leadership
  • Social cutdowns — vertical and short-form versions for every channel
  • Aerial coverage — outdoor events and venues, FAA Part 107, in-house

Planned like an operation

Run-of-show review, venue walkthroughs, audio coordination with AV vendors, backup plans for the moments that only happen once. Event coverage is unforgiving — there are no reshoots — which is why clients hire crews that plan like it matters.

Rapid-turnaround editing is available when scoped in advance. Explore aerial cinematography for outdoor events, or see how event content feeds a year-round system with Strategic Media.

Common questions

Do you offer same-day edits?
Rapid-turnaround highlight edits are available when scoped in advance — the timeline depends on event length, format and review needs. Tell us your publish deadline and we'll confirm what's operationally realistic before we commit.
How many cameras do you bring?
It depends on the format. Keynotes and panels typically run multi-camera; galas and activations often combine a roaming documentary approach with fixed coverage. The scope call determines the right configuration — you pay for coverage, not equipment for its own sake.
Can you capture interviews during the event?
Yes — attendee, speaker and sponsor interviews captured on-site are often the most reusable assets an event produces. We set up a dedicated interview corner when the venue allows.
What do we receive after the event?
Typically a recap film, social cutdowns, and selects organized for future use. Ceremony or session archives are available where full coverage was scoped. Deliverables are defined before the event, so there are no surprises.
